Course Description:

 

A wellness course designed to aid students in understanding the nature and sources of stress. Stress management coping strategies and relaxation techniques will be introduced.

 

Core Learning Outcomes:

 

By the conclusion of this course:

1. Understand the physiology of the stress response
2. Understand the relationship between stress and disease
3. Examine the sources of stress in life.
4. Value the role of stress management in lifelong learning by trying several  stress management coping strategies

Attendance/Participation Policy:

 

This is an online course and participation is mandatory. There are NO lab make-ups and NO LATE Assignments will be accepted.

However, students are permitted to use email addresses of other students in this course only for the purpose and the duration of this course.
