A continuation of
Business Law I, including the law of personal property,
bailments, security devices, partnerships, corporations, real estate and
bankruptcy. May be taken concurrently with Business Law I. |

this class is given on-line, in class participation is not necessary. Students are however expected to
participate in the weekly discussions each week. |
