Course Description:

 

A continuation of Business Law I, including the law of personal

property, bailments, security devices, partnerships, corporations,

real estate and bankruptcy. May be taken concurrently with

Business Law I.

Upon completion of this course students will:

1.  Understand legal theories and rules related to business activity.

2.  Identify legal issues.

3.  Use critical thinking to apply legal theories to identified issues.

4.  Predict outcomes based on legal theories and rules.

Attendance/Participation Policy:

 

As this class is given on-line, in class participation is not necessary.  Students are however expected to participate in the weekly discussions each week.
